Creative Brief
Before we start writing, we complete a creative brief. This document summarises all the key points and stages of our service, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
2. Research
We scour your website and collateral to learn about your organisation’s brand, products/services, history, key players and competition.
3. Interview
What are your communication goals? What are your commercial goals? What features and benefits should we stress? What is the call to action that will best serve you?
4. Writing
Hours of brainstorming. More hours of writing, rewriting and editing. Until we create a first draft worthy of your consideration.
5. Feedback
Does the piece achieve the goals we discussed in the interview? Are we confident it succeeds? We generally offer two rounds of feedback, and often only need one.
6. SEO
For digital copywriting, our SEO expert prepares a report on search terms relevant to your piece. We prefer to include the selected search terms when writing Version 2, integrating them seamlessly into the existing sentences.

These elements have always been central to my work and are at the forefront of my service as a Copywriter. In 2013, my career move into copywriting brought me closer to my love of words. During the completion of my Creative Writing Degree (UOW), I spent years practising the principles of masterful writing across a range of story platforms and I draw on these refined skills in my commercial copywriting.
While helping businesses engage customers online, in print and on film, I took the opportunity to work with Campaigntrack – a leading content provider for residential property in Australia and New Zealand. As I was advancing my skills from being a Beginner to Mid-Level Copywriter, within my first year at Campaigntrack I honed my skills in the niche of writing for real estate. And along the way I became Australia’s most prolific real estate copywriter.
On any given day, I’m one of the top eight copywriters who are writing real estate sales ads in the country. On my day, I’m the best. I also have an edge when it comes to client satisfaction, honing my service skills over 15+ years working in Live Performance Venues, eventually managing the teams responsible for delivering positive client experiences.

One of the things we love about the way we do business is how versatile we can be in helping clients the way that they want to be helped.
We work directly with businesses, slipping into a copywriting role amidst their in-house team of creatives. Or they may engage a third-party branding or marketing contractor, then ask them to include us as the copywriters for that job.
On other projects, we’ve helped by bringing web design, SEO and social media specialists in alongside our creative copywriter. Photography and film production are other areas where we have a network of guns we can call on to help you produce the calibre of work you want this time.
